  • 1 lb. frozen shrimp (peeled and de-veined)

  • 8 oz. soy sauce

  • 4 oz. olive oil

  • 4 oz. Wild Rooster Mustard Mania BBQ Sauce

  • Tsp garlic salt

  • Tsp pepper

  • 2 Tsp fresh grated ginger root

  • 4 Tsp Wild Rooster Italian Dry Rub

  • Thaw shrimp according to instructions.

  • Mix remaining ingredients.

  • Place shrimp in bowl and pour marinate over them until full covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  • To serve cold, simply drain and place cold shrimp on a bed of lettuce.

  • To serve heated, thread shrimp on wooden skewers before marinating. Grill over hot coals until heated through. Serve on a bed of rice.
