Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Envelope Lipton Onion/Mushroom Soup Mix

  • 1 Pound lean ground beef

  • Cup plain dry bread crumbs

  • Cup dry red wine (or water)

  • 2 Slightly beaten eggs

  • 16 Ounces Wild Tomato, KC Kicker or Mustard Mania BBQ Sauce

Mix ingredients and shape into small (bite-size) meatballs.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs inches apart.

Bake 18 minutes or until done.

Meatballs may be refrigerated until ready to serve or frozen for a later date.

When ready to serve, warm on baking pan, place in chafing dish and simmer in desired Wild Rooster BBQ Sauce.
