Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 jar Wild Rooster Artichoke Spinach Dip Mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted pita chips or your choice of crackers.
