  • 8 T-Bone Steaks, 1" thick

  • 1 Package of Wild Rooster Peppercorn Steak Rub or Grill or Roast Rub

Allow steaks to warm to remove refrigerator chill.

Dampen steaks and sprinkle your choice of Wild Rooster Dry Rub on steaks.

Grill on oiled rack with high heat, 5 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes each side for medium-rare.

May be served with BBQ Sauce: Wild Rooster's Wild Tomato or KC Kicker.

Steak Selection and Storage: Refrigerate and use or freeze within one or two days of purchase. For longer storage, overwrap with foil or place in a plastic bag.
