Wild Rooster’s answer to Mexican “hot pepper con queso”. Loaded with fresh spinach, hearty chunks of artichoke hearts, and minced garlic. This is so easy to make. Blend 8 ounces softened cream cheese with ¼ to ½ cup of Wild Rooster Artichoke Spinach Dip Mix. (we use 1/3 cup) Serve hot or cold with tortilla chips, crackers or fresh dipping vegetables.
